California Closets Indianapolis is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver personalized, whole-home design solutions during in-home consultations. The role includes a 12-week paid training program and, after training, a commission-only compensation structure.

A proven history of in-home consultation and strong design skills are required. You will design, measure, and sell custom storage solutions using CAD software, with training beginning in January.

Qualifications

• Interior design education preferred or in-home sales experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with laptops/tablets.
• Salesforce, CAD or design software experience preferred.
• Creative and detail-oriented with craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Design custom storage solutions using our CAD software in customers' homes.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with varying complexity.
