Job summary

Art of Drawers Phoenix is seeking Independent Design & Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners for in-home design consultations and recommend customized cabinet solutions. This 1099 contractor role pays entirely on commissions and offers company-provided training and access to company-generated appointments.

You’ll identify needs, present design options, prepare estimates, and close sales while building relationships and developing additional opportunities through referrals and networking.

Qualifications

Position Details

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, compensated entirely through commissions. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed income.

We provide product and sales training at no cost. Upon successful completion of training, consultants become eligible for company-generated appointments, subject to availability and performance.

Consultants are also encouraged to build their own business through referrals, networking, and community relationships, with additional earning opportunities for self-generated sales.
