Job summary

ShelfGenie of Seattle seeks a part-time Designer to design and install custom storage solutions, transforming kitchens and bathrooms into organized spaces. This role focuses on in-home consultations, product demos, and turning client needs into tailored designs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, people-friendly, tech-savvy, and able to work with a flexible schedule. Training and commissions are available for strong performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and excellent driving record.
• Must have a laptop and cell phone with internet access and email.
• Excellent communication skills (good follow-up, no ghosting).
• Technology proficient and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform in-home consultations to provide a custom solution for clients.
• Educate clients on ShelfGenie products, demonstrate samples, highlight unique features, and sell the design solution.
• Ensure a fantastic customer experience, including follow-up to develop ongoing relationships.
