Job summary

ShelfGenie is seeking an Installation Partner who is an experienced craftsman for part-time work in Bellevue, WA. Installers work with the Designer/Salesperson to ensure client satisfaction, schedule installations, and coordinate measurements with customers.

We provide full training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support. Compensation is a percentage of each job installed, with earnings typically per hour and top performers earning well over $100/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance.
• Licensed and insured as required by state.
• OSHA safety knowledge is preferred.
• Reliable, professional, punctual, organized, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Receive job alerts via email and schedule an appointment with the customer.
• Upload measurements into the computer portal system.
• Inspect products for quality with attention to detail.
• Take accurate measurements and upload to the portal.
• Install Glide-Out shelving at the customer’s home to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean environment.

From there, ShelfGenie Installers schedule measurement and installation appointments that fit the client’s availability.Training & Support- Each Installer undergoes initial training to ensure brand installation standards. Professional development opportunities available on an ongoing basis.Compensation-Installers are paid a percentage of each job installed. While there is no hourly income guarantee, average earnings are $30-$60 per hour.
