Andersen Corporation is seeking motivated Design Consultants in Charleston, WV, to conduct in-home consultations and showcase Renewal by Andersen products. You will travel to customer homes, present solutions, and guide contracts through closing while adhering to established processes.

New hires start as Trainees in a multi-week program with classroom and hands-on training, then advance to Design Consultant upon completion.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid state driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 53 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using an iPad and AR tools to design windows and doors; follow sales processes and submit contracts.
• Travel to appointments, up to 1,800–2,500 miles per month.
• Attend sales and branch meetings; participate in trainings.
• Assist with measurements and project documentation through the sales process.
• Use company software and tools as required.
