3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer providing custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. In-home design consultants meet clients, design tailored window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision during a single visit.

You'll receive company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential. This is a full-time opportunity with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience from first visit to installation.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who builds relationships and helps others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally—your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
