3 Day Blinds (Sales) is seeking talented Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase in a single visit.

You'll receive company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential with commissions that reward performance. Territory is local; you’ll travel within your designated area and build relationships to grow business.

Qualifications

• No specific design experience required; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client meetings and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in homes and assess needs for custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop referrals and local network to grow business.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from first visit to installation.
