3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends.
• No prior design experience required.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
