3 Day Blinds is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through the buying process to close sales on the spot.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Willing to travel locally and visit clients in homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
