Job summary

Renewal by Andersen's Central Indiana territory is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacements and help homeowners make same-day decisions.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings ($100k–$250k+), paid training, and full benefits including insurance and 401(k). Travel up to 2 hours daily and ability to lift samples are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad apps and sales software.
• 2+ years of sales in luxury/high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window/door replacements.
• Provide information for homeowners to make same-day decisions.
• Operate within a structured, high-velocity sales process.
• No project management or follow-up required.
