Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Cleveland, OH. As an in-home sales representative, you will deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements for remodeling products and services.

This role features a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00–7:00, Tue–Sat 9:00–2:00 on alternating weeks) with warm, pre-set leads and no cold-calling, offering base pay plus uncapped commissions that can exceed six figures.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required or related roles in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
