Job summary

Art of Drawers Phoenix is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Greater Phoenix area. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation, requiring you to generate your own leads, conduct in-home consultations, and close cabinetry solutions.

You’ll build relationships with homeowners and referral partners, present designs, and manage your own schedule while representing premium cabinetry solutions and strong warranties.

Qualifications

• Self-starters who are motivated to generate their own business.
• Confident communicators who enjoy connecting with people.
• Comfortable with networking, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Organized, dependable professionals who work well independently.
• Sales experience preferred; training offered for the right person.
• Home improvement, design, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Opportunity
