Job summary

Frontpoint Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health visits in Crowley, TX. You will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve daily living and work-related skills in their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, teaching adaptive equipment use, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.
