Frontpoint Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in Longview, TX. This role supports patients in their homes, delivering skilled therapy and advancing daily living activities.

The ideal candidate holds COTA credentials, CPR certification, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Experience in home health is preferred.

Formación

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Valid CPR certification.
• Previous experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises.
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
