Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in their home and community settings. You will collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement interventions, track progress, and maintain accurate session data.

The role requires an RBT credential, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for accurate reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
