Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides or CNAs to provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in Lakeland and Bartow. Roles are 1-1 with patients, following an established care plan.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with part-time and full-time openings and starting pay of $16–$18 per hour. Candidates should have a Level 2 background check and CPR, 2 years of home care experience, and reliable smartphone access to input

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care or related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smartphone to input notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or disabled in their homes.
• Monitor and report changes in client's status.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide companionship and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
