Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate in-home care for patients impacted by energy program work. You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals, and support basic housekeeping while documenting in EMR.

This PRN role requires a Texas CNA and CPR certification, with a valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes. Join a mission-driven team delivering quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active Texas CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in patients' homes.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition; follow care plans and document in EMR.
