Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care to patients in Yakima and surrounding areas. You will assist with ADLs, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping while following care plans.

We value dependable, mission-driven team members who communicate changes in condition via EMR and stay compliant with state CNA standards. PTO, benefits, and 401(k) options are available for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
