Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, in-home care to individuals affected by work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide one-on-one, relationship-based care in clients’ homes and follow care plans with accuracy.

The role requires a state CNA license and CPR certification, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to serve homes across Port Orchard, WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
