Job summary

Hallway Healthcare in Dublin, CA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for in-home care assignments. The role focuses on one patient per shift, promoting consistent, meaningful care in a home setting.

We require at least 6 months of home care experience, EMR familiarity, and the ability to take vital signs and communicate effectively with families and nurses. Shifts include 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am, with hourly pay of $21–$23. Driving and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of home care experience
• Computer literate with EMR experience
• Able to take vital signs and report to supervisor
• Must have valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation on Alayacare by end of each shift
• Provide direct patient care under RN or LPN supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Transport patients to appointments or errands
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
