Job summary

MaineTouch is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs support clients in their homes by assisting with daily care needs while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

This role is well-suited for CNAs who value one-on-one care, enjoy working independently, and want flexible scheduling with support from a responsive care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Active Maine CNA license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation preferred (assignment dependent).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, hygiene).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfer support.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with meal service and light housekeeping related to care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence.
• Report concerns promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
