Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors in Maine. CNAs work one-on-one in clients’ homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling with day, evening, weekend, and overnight options, plus ongoing clinical support and opportunities for advancement within the nursing pathway.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Maine is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliability and transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Assist with meal service and light housekeeping related to care.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance; follow care plans.
• Report concerns promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
