Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Browning, MT is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for seniors and patients with illnesses or injuries. You will assist with ADLs, ambulation, and transfers while working within a supportive team to promote independence and dignity.

The role offers one-on-one patient relationships, flexible scheduling, and online training to develop skills. A compassionate, patient-focused attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Montana CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Montana driver's license and transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Essential qualities: kindness, empathy, compassion, honesty, integrity, respect, patience and understanding

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors and those with illness, injury or chronic disease.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Collaborate with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists
