North West Home Care in Helena, Montana is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time and full-time positions. The role focuses on helping clients remain independent at home with respectful, patient support.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal prep, and medication reminders. Flexible schedules and benefits are offered in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Current CNA certification/status as required for the position.
• Reliable and compassionate approach to client care.
• Ability to complete required background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance when driving.
• Ability to work assigned weekends when required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders when authorized.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required care documentation.
• Provide transportation when assigned.
• Support clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
