Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Central MT is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Conrad, MT. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home.

The right candidate will have Montana CNA certification, CPR, and a valid Montana driver’s license, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Montana.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors and those with illness or disability.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, eating and nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Collaborate with home health nurses, aides and therapists.
