Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Central MT is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care in Cut Bank/Shelby, MT. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients, assist with ADLs, and support independence in the home setting.

We offer competitive $20–$22/hour pay, travel reimbursement, after-hours/weekend differential, and online training, with a family-oriented culture that values CNAs and prioritizes patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and Montana CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Montana driver’s license with auto insurance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Kindness, empathy, compassion, honesty, integrity, respect, patience and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors or those with an illness, injury or chronic disease.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Work with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists.
