Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Central MT in Cut Bank/Shelby, MT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care. You’ll build one-on-one CNA-to-patient relationships, support ADLs, and help seniors maintain independence in their homes.

This role offers a posted wage of $20–$22 per hour, travel reimbursement, after-hours/weekend pay differential, online training, and a family-friendly culture that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have Montana CNA certification and active license.
• High school diploma or equivalent and compassionate communication.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nutrition
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Work with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide in-home care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
• Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Work with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists

A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Montana
• CPR certification
• Valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
