Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver in-home care for adults and seniors, promoting safety, comfort, and independence. The role supports one-on-one client care with flexible scheduling and a responsive care team.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, vital signs, meal support, and documentation. Ideal applicants hold an active Maine CNA license, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently in home settings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, hygiene)
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, use of assistive devices)
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, bed linens, meal prep)
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
• Offer companionship and encourage client independence
• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Identify safety risks and environmental concerns
• Perform tasks within CNA scope and care plan
• Complete required documentation accurately and on schedule
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents
• Maintain professional conduct and dependable attendance
• Adhere to MaineTouch policies and training
