Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in North Carolina seeks a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to assist patients at home across various settings. You will help with personal care, bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs under supervision.

Requirements include CNA certification or state licensure as a Home Health Aide, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Experience in home care is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification or be a state-licensed Home Health Aide.
• Requires valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Completion of a home care aide training program or 6 months’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses by performing basic care activities and meet patients’ personal needs.
• Dress, bathe, feed, take vital signs, and document observations.
• Respond to call lights, assist with toileting, mobility, and transport.
• Provide simple patient care and keep rooms clean and comfortable.
• Record temperature, pulse, and respiration; administer meds as directed.
