Responsibilities

• Assist nurses by performing basic care activities for personal needs and comfort.
• Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds, and records vital signs.
• Answer call lights, assist with toileting, oral care, nail care, and mobility.
• Provide simple patient care and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Cleans room, changes bed linen, and maintains a clean environment.
• Administer medications as directed and document timing.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
