Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Certification as CNA/Home Health Aide per state licensure.
• Completion of home care aide training or 6 months recent experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with basic care activities.
• Dresses, bathes, feeds, and records vital signs.
• Answers call lights; assists in toileting, nail care, catheter care, and transfers.
• Gives medications as directed and notes timing.
• Other duties as assigned.
