Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide custodial and personal care services in clients' homes. The role follows a written Plan of Care established by the Director of Nursing and includes light housekeeping, assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and medication administration under supervision.

Responsibilities emphasize observing client changes, reporting to the RN, infection control, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) with the Board of Nursing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the client’s residence.
• Provide personal care as per Plan of Care including hygiene, ambulation, nutrition, and activities as directed by RN.
