Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care - Logan is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to provide custodial and personal care to clients in their homes, under the supervision of an RN and according to each Plan of Care.

Duties include maintaining a clean, safe home environment, assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, and medication support as guided by the RN, and reporting changes to the nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; current CNA certification.
• One year home or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide personal care per Plan of Care under RN supervision.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and medication assistance as directed.
• Record and report changes to the RN and CNA Supervisor.
