Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a home services aide to provide certified nursing assistant–level care in clients’ homes. Duties include ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, with medication reminders and safe transfer support.

The role emphasizes adherence to HIPAA, safety, and quality standards, with access to health/dental/vision benefits, 401k matching, and PTO depending on status. Night/weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant experience or 10 hours hands-on training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, personal care).
• Assist with household chores, meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
• Support client with shopping, appointments, and outside activities.
• Assist with meals and feeding if client can swallow and sits upright.
• Provide oral hygiene care and reminders for medications.
• Encourage and support home exercise programs and safe transfers.
• Maintain infection control procedures and observe for emergencies.
• Provide companionship and report changes in mental/functional status.
