Comfort Keepers in Maple Lake is hiring a part-time CNA/Caregiver to help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home. The role offers both part-time and full-time hours, with hourly wages starting at $18 and $20 for CNAs, plus a chance to pursue free CNA classes after 5 months of employment.

Responsibilities include activities of daily living, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and accurate electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving role.
• Must be available every other weekend and holiday.
• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving.
• DHS and driving record background clearance.
• Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.

Responsabilités

• Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and personal cares.
• Light housekeeping (bathroom, living areas, kitchens, laundry, etc.).
• Meal planning, cooking, and baking.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with mobility and transfer tools/equipment.
• Assist with medication as needed.
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care as required.
• Document shift details and care provided.
