Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Seminole, FL is seeking a compassionate CNA to help seniors remain in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety, and follow care plans.

We offer $18–$20 per hour, direct deposit, paid on-site training, overtime and holiday pay, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 management support. Join a team that values caregivers and client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and TB test results.
• Excellent communication, compassionate and reliable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and organize living space.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report promptly.
• Offer companionship and emotional support and encourage social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
