Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Seminole is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver in-home care in Clearwater, FL. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans and ensuring client safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (encourage social connections).
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
