Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV, to provide in-home daily living support and personal care per physician care plans. This 1099 contract role features flexible scheduling, with a Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm shift and bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include one-on-one home care, monitoring vitals, meal prep, light housekeeping, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• TB test and physical examination completed.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• 1+ years caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care in a comfortable setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Follow the established care plan and documentation.
• Monitor vitals per plan and document observations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and keep records.
• Communicate with family, doctors, and other caregivers.
