Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA for in-home care in Kingman, AZ. This 1099 contract role offers overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am, Monday through Sunday, with pay between $18 and $22 per hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days.

Work involves one-on-one patient care in the home, collaboration with RNs and case managers, and adherence to care plans. Applicants must pass a background check and maintain patient records accurately.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current First Aid certification is required.
• TB test and physical examination required.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Good interpersonal skills and a caring personality.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform under stress and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care per physician plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Transport to doctor visits when needed.
• Follow established plan of care and document care in system.
• Monitor vitals and administer medications as prescribed.
• Communicate with family, doctors, and others involved in care.
