Comprehensive Home Health Solutions in Reno, NV is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care across Northern Nevada. You will follow individualized care plans and support ADLs, mobility, meals, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or HHA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home patient care based on individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and care notes
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care coordinators
