Please note: this is a clinical position and requires a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related clinical field.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time).

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring clinicians for an innovative, evidenced based model of treatment in Massachusetts, the Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth (PACT-Y). This program is a DMH funded, intensive, self-contained, community-based program, serving youth and their families.We are looking for individuals who are open to working a flexible schedule . We are also looking for individuals with Behavioral Approaches experience.

What you will do:

• Work as part of a strong, collaborative, multidisciplinary team with the youth, young adults, caregivers and providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
• Conduct individual and family counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families.
• Encourage youth to have an active voice in their treatment.
• Assist caregivers in navigating systems, to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports.
• Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child’s behavioral health needs.
• Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients.
• Promote and strengthen family’s natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
• Ensure that client’s rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
• Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule. Candidate will need to cover 1 weekend every other month.

MinimumRequirements:

• Masters Degree in Social Work , Mental Health Counseling or related field required .
