Job summary

Community Horizons in Manitowoc, Wisconsin seeks compassionate caregivers to support children and adults with complex needs. The role includes building daily plans with parents, assisting with morning and evening routines, meals, transportation, safety, and emotional support.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, can pass a Wisconsin background check, and demonstrate dependability and de-escalation skills to help individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Wisconsin background check.
• Experience working with adults or children with complex needs (Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc.)
• Proven dependability.
• Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
• Someone who can understand de-escalation.

Responsibilities

Hours Needed

7:00 AM- 8:30 AM, 3:45 PM – 7:00 PM

Monday-Friday and some weekend help

Wage

$ 19.03 / Hour
