Job summary

Community Horizons is seeking a caregiver to provide in-home 1:1 supervision and support for children with special needs in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The role includes assisting with daily activities, transportation to outings, and emotional support.

Weekend shifts and 20 hours per week are required, with mileage provided when the child is in the vehicle. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and be able to pass a Wisconsin background check.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Wisconsin background check.
• Experience with adults or children with complex needs (Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, etc.).
