Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems seeks a licensed In-Home Therapist to deliver comprehensive mental health services in the community across Roanoke, Alabama. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans with families, and provide individual, group, play, and family therapy according to the plan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline; Juvenile Justice experience preferred.
• One year of post-master experience in child/adolescent or family therapy.
• Must obtain in-home intervention and case management certification within six months.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment of the consumer.
• Formulate treatment plans with consumer and family/guardian.
• Provide individual, group, play and family therapy.
• Deliver outreach services to consumers and families.
• Collaborate with staff and outside sources.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Manage caseload and support discharge planning.
• Maintain privacy and adhere to ethics.
