Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as specified and licensure/certification required.
• Licenses: CDCA, LCDC I, LCDC II, or LICDC depending on role.
• Two years' experience for Mental Health Worker; licensure required.
• Must reside in/near Franklin County, OH and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home services and trauma-informed care to a caseload of seven to ten families.
• Engage families in community, school and home settings using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with schools, mental health and probation services and other supports.
