This full-time, 40-hour role delivers intensive in-home and community-based services to families, with a focus on safety, permanency and well-being, across schools and neighborhoods.

Qualified candidates must hold a relevant license (CDCA, LCDC I/II, or LICDC) and either a bachelor's or a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years' experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Professional licensure required. Must possess certification/licensure for CDCA, LCDC I, LCDC II, or LICDC.

• Provide intensive services and trauma-informed care to a caseload of seven to ten families.
• Services provided within the community, schools and homes.
• Engage families using evidence-based practices and various treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with schools, mental health agencies, substance abuse services and other community support organizations.
