Family Resource Home Care in Oregon is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in daily living tasks. You’ll drive to client locations, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and companionship, and you’ll receive mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, and ongoing support from a caring team. If you have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and can pass background checks, you can join our award-winning caregiving team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance in your name.
• Weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Transport clients to stores/appointments as needed with mileage reimbursement.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Perform household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Cook and/or serve meals; provide companionship.
• Engage clients in daily activities and hobbies; use app clock in/out, email and texting.

We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work! Pay $21-$23 hr plus paid training and mileage

Current Scheduling Needs

• Weekend help is needed in all areas
• Evening shifts available
• Caregivers willing to transport clients in their own vehicles
• Bilingual, Spanish
• ASL caregiver
• Caregivers that are comfortable with training on hoyer lift and medications
• Part-time and full-time hours available (flexible scheduling!)

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Auto insurance with your name listed on the policy as a driver
• Weekend availability

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we offer mileage reimbursement!)
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Tech-savvy caregivers (app clock in/ clock out, email, and texting required)
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• If you have not previously completed the Oregon state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
