Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers to support clients across Bend, Redmond, La Pine and surrounding areas. Earn $21–$23.50 per hour with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

No prior experience necessary; we provide paid orientation and hands-on training. Qualifications include 18+, background checks, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare and serve meals as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities.

Pay $21-$23.50 per hour

Daily DAY shifts available.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Auto insurance with your name listed on the policy as a driver

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we offer mileage reimbursement!)
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Tech-savvy caregivers (app clock in/ clock out, email, and texting required)
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• If you have not previously completed the Oregon state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
