Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is expanding and seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference. We provide personalized in-home care so clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation as our company grows across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
