Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to provide in-home support that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We serve private-pay clients, VA, and CHOICES participants.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, and benefits after 60 days. Join a growing team dedicated to compassionate, reliable home care across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required (min 2 years)
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and daily routines
• Follow individualized client care plans
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Report changes in client condition to the team
